When Hillary Mutugi and Allan Sekagya were starting their architectural firm, they needed a brand name and signature to identify with. From the iterations Addmaya presented, they locked down on SAMH as the brand name. SAMH pronounced ’Sam h’ is an abbreviation of the founders initials with an easy rhyme to the tongue.
The logotype features bold typography to conjure aspects of excellence, expertise and professionalism. The brand mark, a union of a bridge and high-rises, is a communicative symbol of the firms ability to design aesthetic structures with engineering integrity and precision.
